Hello Storyteller does not offer refunds or credits once a purchase for an elective course, workshop, preset, overlay or any other item has been completed.

Refunds or credits will not be given for dissatisfaction with educational courses once you have downloaded the materials or started a course.

In the rare case that a workshop has to be moved or cancelled, you will be given the choice to switch to another workshop or receive your payment in the form of a Hello Storyteller credit that can be used to purchase other educational courses, Hello Storyteller memberships or other items from Hello Storyteller Academy.
