Hello Storyteller does not offer refunds or credits once a purchase for an elective course, workshop, preset, overlay or any other item has been purchased/downloaded.

Refunds or credits will not be given for dissatisfaction with educational courses once you have downloaded the materials or started a course.

In the rare case that a workshop has to be moved or cancelled, you will be given the choice to switch to another workshop or receive your payment in the form of a Hello Storyteller credit that can be used to purchase other educational courses, Hello Storyteller memberships or other items from Hello Storyteller Academy.
