As storytellers, our images capture and curate the individual beauty, wonder, and ordinary details of our separate lives. Those individual stories, when shared within this community, inspire others and connect us across state lines, oceans, and time zones. This is why we started the Hello Creative Seasonal Project.

 

The Hello Pro Creatives’ quarterly seasonal theme project for 2022 is “Where I Stand”. Each artist has interpreted the theme with their own unique point of view, but the intention was for each of us to photograph our feet in the places we stand, whether we’re surrounded by children’s toys, stepping into a new season (literally or figuratively), or being attacked by fire ants, which was what happened to me. 

 

Faces and even hands receive a lot of attention from our cameras. We’ve taken a moment to look down and recognize the significance of the places we stand and our faithful feet, which take us there.
