Tell Us About Yourself!
First thing first, I am mom to 6, 5 boys and a girl. Life is crazy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and the desert has my heart. Coffee is my drink of choice, I love spicy Mexican food and have been a vegetarian for about 4 years now (I have dreams of going full on plant based, but not there yet). Pre-covid I used to enjoy group cycling classes and lifting weights, now I am just sitting around getting lazier by the day. I tend to be a bit on the sarcastic side, although I try to tone its down online because it never comes across quite right in writing. I do think I am pretty funny and I love a good pun. I am an open book, I’ll tell you anything you want to know, just ask!
How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?
My creative style includes fun and creative crops and perspectives. I enjoy playing around with blur and freelensing, and I absolutely love finding all kinds of light and shadows to experiment with. I am over here just trying to tell the story of my kids’ childhood in a fun and pretty way. The other half of my creative style is self portraits. I find that I can really dive into my creative side in a completely different way through self portraits than I can with shooting my children.
What Inspires You To Create?
Everything. I draw so much inspiration from those around me, I love to learn from others and am constantly looking for the next thing to try. I am inspired by light and patterns and texture and movement and big beautiful skies. I am constantly wandering through life seeing the world in terms of photographs. And of course my children offer their own unique forms of inspiration.
What goals are you hoping to achieve as a Hello Artist?
My ultimate goal is to teach and mentor. It would be my dream job to be able to teach photography! I also have goals of personal growth in my own photography, both personally and professionally. Through the HS creative community I hope to inspire and be inspired, and to continually learn and grow.

Tell Us About Yourself!
I am Stephanie, a Christian, wife of almost 10 years, hobbyist momtog, homeschooling mama, redhead, extroverted introvert, mathematician, former high school teacher, singer, ukulelist, pianist, board-game-loving, foodie, nerdy 30-something. In addition to being passionate about good photos, good music, good food, and reading and researching all the things, I’m also a specialist in holistic reproductive health and natural family planning, something I teach very very part time, around my busy stay-at-home life. I have 3 young kiddos: John Paul (5), Jude (4), and Marigold (1); and one awesome husband, my best friend and stellar parenting buddy.
How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?
My photography is a mix between lifestyle and documentary. What I enjoy most is finding the funny and timeless little moments in life with 3 young kids and capturing the stories in all their glory. I love directional light and moody pockets of light, but I’ll take any light available if the story is worth capturing. My editing style includes rich color, true-to-life tones, and contrasty black and whites. I also enjoy Lensbaby and self portraits.
What Inspires You To Create?
My family inspires me the most! I love seeing their little moments, the important but easy-to-forget details of their lives, their personalities, and I am so inspired to capture these little things often. Add to that the challenge of capturing these memories with good light and clever composition, and I almost always have something new to keep me inspired!
I’m also inspired by how quickly life passes by, so another major inspiration for me is the legacy of photos I’m creating for my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and beyond. For that reason, I try to get in the frame weekly, and get my husband in there on occasion too.
Finally, I’m inspired by other photographers. I love seeing what other artists are creating, and enjoy coming up with my own take on their inspiring work. I strongly believe the world is a better place when we encourage each other, cheer each other on, rather than compete with each other. So I am strongly inspired by other artists cheering me on and thoroughly enjoy doing the same in return.
What goals are you hoping to achieve as a Hello Artist?
My passion is teaching! I would love to someday be able to write courses and blog content, and have a social media presence that is educational to fellow photographers. I also desire to be an uplifting, supportive presence within the Hello Storyteller community. And as a life-long learner, I’m looking forward to learning from fellow Hello Creatives and members within the community.

Tell Us About Yourself!
I am a mom of 4 (15,10,8,7) living in a rural community in New Brunswick, Canada. Growing up on a farm gave me a huge love of animals and everything outdoors. Now I work part time as a medical laboratory scientist at our local trauma center, and a mom, nurse, taxi, referee, photographer, counsellor, booboo kisser, and boogey monster scarer at home. My husband and I have a very blended family – the oldest is his from a previous relationship, my 10 year old is mine from a previous relationship, and the two youngest are ours together. We do our best to juggle all the demands of having to be in a million places at once with all of them. Art has always been something I’ve loved. Painting used to be the main thing I kept busy with, until I bought my first DSLR when my 10 year old was born. I did take a few years off from photography after a major burnout from clients and running a business, along with some personal health limitations, but since closing up shop I have regained that love and have grown so much over the last couple years. And I am so looking forward to continuing to learn and grow and create memories to last a lifetime.
How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?
Lifestyle/storytelling. I love to include moody, emotional colour and directional light in my images to help create stories and accentuate the moment.
What Inspires You To Create?
My children, number one. They are always moving and creating things of their own, and they come up with some amazing ideas to create some photo magic alongside me. I get so excited seeing the big smiles on their faces as their ideas come to life on my screen. Also the fleeting nature of life in general. My kdis will only be kids for a short time, and documenting these days is so special.
What goals are you hoping to achieve as a Hello Artist?
I want to be held accountable to keep growing and learning in my art. It is my goal to one day teach/mentor new and upcoming photographers. Creating courses on editing, shooting, etc. I want to be someone others can look to for support in advancing their art.

I’m a wife, mama to two littles, special education/elementary teacher, and serial crafter. I love to knit and crochet, am an avid reader, and dabble in drawing and painting. Basically, I always have to be busy! I’m an extroverted introvert. I can be outgoing and enjoy people, but I also need time to recharge in the quiet of alone time. I’m a coffee addict, and m guilty of drinking up to 5 cups a day. A type 3 enneagram, I love to be productive and am happiest when I am accomplishing things from my to-do list.
How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?
I am a lifestyle photographer drawn into the beauty of everyday moments. I love documenting tiny details that help enhance the bigger picture. From an editing perspective, I am drawn to rich colors, contrast, and moody light.
What Inspires You To Create?
My children! I decided to pick up a camera again (I dabbled in high school) after the birth of my oldest. I wanted to preserve as many memories of him as I could – his tiny toes, scrunchy yawns, and all of his “firsts.” As my children have grown, I find myself wanting to document their world as it is now. I want them to remember what our house was like when they were little, reflect on life through a pandemic, visits with grandparents, and all of the many moments in between. As a professional, I strive to document those same moments and memories for my clients.
What goals are you hoping to achieve as a Hello Artist?
I would love to inspire and educate other photographers, as well as expand my community of like-minded creatives. Through engaging with other artists, I want to continue to grow and learn in my craft and story telling.

Hey there! I’m Tina! I’m a German-American Army brat, who found herself settling back in her home town in Bayern, Germany after a few years adventuring abroad. I grew into my lifestyle photography business which continues to grow and keep me on my toes. I truly enjoy photography, both in my personal and client work. I also enjoy shooting film and hope to incorporate that into more of my work. I’m honestly just a taco lovin’, mojito enthusiast, who’s low-key obsessed with travel, and my fluffy best friend Nova. I share quite a bit about myself on social media and have a wonderful community surrounding me there.
How Would You Describe Your Photography Style?
I am drawn to creative light (shadow play) and the use of color to tell a story. Creating diptychs is a true joy for me, as I get to choose my pairings and consider why they are used together to complement one another. A minimalist approach for photographing daily documentary details is another genre I constantly feel drawn to (how to find purpose with minimal items, the flow of shooting on a table/flatlay, working with the seasons).
What Inspires You To Create?
Photography has helped me overcome some difficult life roadblocks and been quite therapeutic for me. I want to continue to be someone others can look to during their own difficulties or creative roadblocks and find inspiration in shooting and create images that go from daily mundane to daily magic.
What goals are you hoping to achieve as a Hello Artist?
I would like to contribute to the HS blog or offer mentorships for photographers. As someone who has not had the joy to be able experience motherhood myself I have often felt unable to create in my own home without children being a focal point. I believe that my work has grown to have a voice and I’d like to help others find their own path.
