COURSE BEGINS MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2020
lifestyle photographer
Hi, I’m Sally, of Sallykate Photography! I am a portrait and wedding photographer based in the Dallas-Ft Worth area of Texas, though it’s not unusual to find me galavanting all over the country teaching photography at workshops, retreats and conferences to satisfy a serious case of wanderlust.
I specialize in family, child and couples photography and describe my work as a fusion of styled and lifestyle, emphasizing the unique connections, expression and personality of each separate client, offering a custom experience that sets them apart as the distinct and amazing humans (and pets!) they are.
My constant inspirations are my husband of 22 years, my five incredible children (ages 9-19) and my ridiculously high-maintenance but charming dog. It is my crazy love for them that propels me to want to capture those one-of-a-kind bonds and the essence of the people I photograph, heirlooms to be treasured for years to come.
If I’m not shooting, I’m painting, building studio sets, pinning like a mad person on Pinterest, doodling on my iPad while watching Glee for the millionth time, going to the movies with my kids, or enjoying a glass of bubbly and a soak in the tub.
