I know, I know… Autumn is pretty much over and we are all starting to get into the holiday mood. But if you’re an overshooter and don’t find much time for editing (like me), you are probably still working on your Autumn photos. So, before finally getting into the holiday spirit, I wanted to do a little recap of my Autumn View.
Autumn sometimes stresses me out. I feel like everyone gets these perfect Autumn captures and it doesn’t get as colorful and “Autumny” where I live. This is why doing a recap is so important to me. I get so caught up in social media, shooting and editing during the season that looking back at my work helps me see what I achieved! So here’s a peek at my Autumn View.
Check out Autumn Glory before it retires at the end of 2021!
I loved capturing apples and other Autumn produce and took the first apple captures in September.
In October, the leaves finally started changing color. So I obviously had to document this transition.
I focused on capturing some Autumn details.
I also captured some Autumn portraits.
Looking back, I definitely think I captured the essence of what Autumn looked like in this part of the world. Even if it didn’t always feel like Autumn during the season.
I hope this post gave you some inspiration for Autumn in the future and helped you to see the beauty in your own work. Lastly, don’t forget, Autumn looks different everywhere and while seeing all the colorful and stunning Autumn captures of others can create unneeded pressure. Just go out, have fun shooting, and capture what is meaningful to you!
