Please upload all course content 2 weeks prior to your course launch in your assigned google drive folder so it can be reviewed by the Hello Storyteller Admin Team.
We expect that you have already reviewed your course material for grammatical & spelling errors and to make sure that all videos/audio files are compressed appropriately.
If there are format/content issues or concerns, the admin team will notify you and ask you to fix and re-submit, we will not fix the issues for you. Please make sure to plan ahead to have your content submitted on time so there is adequate time for any changes that have to be made.
In order for your course to be accepted for launch please make sure to do the following:
Please submit your course 2-WEEKS prior to your launch date for review
Compress ALL videos using handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/)
Compress ALL PDF’s using Small PDF (https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf)
Make sure that all audio files are saved individually (one for each chapter) and submitted in .MP3 file format. If you need to convert your audio files from .MP4 or .WAV to .MP3 please use https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com/media-converter
*If course files are not compressed, formatted or labeled correctly, the mentor will need to re-submit them. Please plan to give yourself 1-2 days to complete the compressing of pdf files, audio files and video files and upload times to google drive. Additionally, if course files are not submitted on time (less than 2 weeks before course launch), instructor will lose 3 course purchases commission from course due to the additional workload and time crunch post-deadline file submission creates for the admin team.

Once a Mentor LIVE has run, the course will then go to our download & go section offered at a discounted price of $50 where the students will learn at their own pace. The Mentor will receive $25 per student during this time.
Once a Mini Workshop has run, the course will then go to our download & go section offered at a discounted price of $75 where the students will learn at their own pace. The Workshop Mentor will receive $37.50 per student during this time.
*If a Mentor does not wish to run their Mentor Live or Workshop again they can elect to keep it in the download & go section within the academy.
Library content is due every 25th of the month.
On the month that your course is scheduled to launch or go live (again), please submit a photography item (ex: BTS video, editing video, overlay, short tutorial, blog article, webinar, podcast interview, business information, website information, preset, or shot list, etc.) to the library folder.
LIVE Course Payouts: Mentor LIVES & Mini Workshops
Course Payouts will occur by the 7th of each month after your course has run:
For Example, if you had a course run in July – you will receive payment via PayPal by August 7.
Download & Go Payouts:
Once your first LIVE course run is complete, you will receive payment for any courses that are purchased during subsequent months with no delay on the 7th of each month via PayPal.

Elective/Collab: $100 bonus for every 25 courses sold
Mini Workshops: $100 bonus for every 10 courses sold
With our Affiliate program, Affiliatly, you can earn an extra 5% cash back when a student enrolls in your course through your affiliate link (will be provided).
Affiliatly payouts will be included in the amount you are paid out for your course on a monthly basis.
If your onlyincome through Hello Storyteller for the month is through Affiliatly, the amount needs to exceed $10.00 in order to receive a payout -due to fees charged to send the funds.
ANYONE(mentor, student, or non-student) can sign up for the affiliate program and earn 5% cash back when a student enrolls in the academy, so encourage your friends to sign up and help promote your course!
Hello Storyteller will assist with a marketing plan for your course via our:
IG Hub (you will be scheduled for a 3-day Hub takeover Tuesday-Thursday)
Pinterest (paid and non-paid ads/pinning)
Instagram (feed & stories)
Podcast – You will be scheduled for a mini or full podcast episode regarding your course – that will be aired prior, during, or after your course launch/run.
You are also responsible for marketing your course with Hello Storyteller Academy via your own social media accounts. Take advantage of our affiliate program, Affiliatly, and reach out to your friends & family for additional marketing assistance and word-of-mouth.
You are required to make a 30-59 second promo video of your course. Please share your video link in the Mentor Facebook groupso we can share your video as well on our social media accounts.
