If you saw my blog post called “This was MY day“, you can see how I recently documented my day, hour-by-hour. I challenged each and every one of you to commit to 1 day and shooting at least 1 image per hour, each hour you are awake. The point is looking at the world around you in a new way and finding the beauty in your every day life. Documenting an authentic day-in-the-life isn’t as easy as it sounds… but it gets the creative juices flowing and really pushes you to see things differently.
I’m so excited that we’ve had another Hour-by-Hour Challenge submitted by Grace Baltic! Here is what she had to say about her experience!

“It was so refreshing to get outside my normal workflow to do this. I was worried that I would get a little sick of dragging my camera around with me all day, but was pleasantly surprised by how many fun things I got to photograph that I normally wouldn’t even think of. This type of project is something I would classify as a Gratitude Project. It prompted me to slow down, deliberately see how exquisite the mundane things in my life really are, and feel grateful for all the blessings we have been granted. It truly filled my cup. I cannot wait to do this again! Thank you for the challenge. ”
The Challenge Stands! We want to start a regular feature to see how all of YOU spend your days! If you are interested in completing this challenge, and writing a few paragraphs about your day to go with your images, I’d love to feature you on the blog! Email your text and images (sized 2048px on the long end) to hellostorytellerblog@gmail.com!
That’s awesome. Great idea. Love the photos.
