I started out taking pictures of the clothing that I had sewn for my family, and it quickly evolved into me taking more and more photography courses to learn as much as I could. I love taking pictures of my family and still take pictures of my sewn clothing. I love that I can look back and see all the memories and growth through the years in our lives, and my photography as well.

We were vacationing in England, and the kids really wanted some ice cream one day. We told them they could have some, but only if they shared a cone. After handing the cone to my daughter, we told them to stop and not walk with it, so it didn’t get dropped. My son was standing there waiting his turn, and his tongue was out readying for his turn.
My kids love baths and anything to do with water really. Rarely when they’re in the bath does the camera not come out. On this day, we had added a bath bomb and when she laid her head back, the bubbles were tickling her face.
My son got some laser tag guns for Christmas. One day when he came home from school, we had an impromptu laser tag game. It was the kids against me, and I couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to document the fun we were having.
